You black rifle guys are all EVIL!!!

Outstanding. They can be addictive and have a ton of bling like a Harley. Go to a gun store and you usually walk out with a mod for the dam things. They are gadgets that shoot bullets and can be personalized again like a Harley. As for 22 they make great plinkers, but for serious shooting pick up a 6.8 or one of the many 30 cals out there.
 
I have set aside my 300's, 270's, 308's, 30-30's and even the 22 plinkers to shoot my AR,s. I take them to the US and train here with them and always have a great time.

Heh, I was never a Fudd. I fully supported people's right to own whatever gun they want. I just didn't like AR's. For my generation it isn't about it being "an evil black rifle" - it's about it being an under-powered plastic piece of crap that cost the US the war in Vietnam.

Playing around with them a bit, I started getting past the "piece of crap" image embedded in my mind.

Actually, part of the reason I got it. The closer I get to 50, the more I need motivation to exercise. 3 gun seems kinda fun.

Bahahahaha! Yes!!! And take it step further, make sure she knows about it, then a couple days later take her out for dinner or buy her a gift. You are basically buying a "get out of jail free" card for the next time she beats you to the door when Purolator arrives with a big heavy box!

My M305 is not to bad but my Mossberg 500 Roadblocker was customized just to tick antis off and look like a monster Mall Ninja.

I don't even have sights for it yet :p They're in the mail... Got a minor deal on some Magpul FDE front at rear irons.

Still need to figure out if I should buy an optic now and run with it, or wait for the one I actually want to get its next shipment into the country. Probably just run irons until the glass I really want shows up.
