I am curious if there is more info on these guns coming into Canada?

I tried a search but all I found was a year old.

If these come in NR I'd take one in .223 and one in .308.

These would be great rifles for us in bush, on the ranch, at the ranch, really think these would be very handy rifles.

Has anyone here handled one, in the US, or got any feedback on these guns?

Thanks

I don't think it should be restricted, looks like the upper and lower are different than an ar-15. I would like one of these if they came in.

EDIT: looked it up and the upper and lower ARE NOT compatible with an ar 15 Should be non-res. It would be awesome to turn this into an sbr (as much as the pump would allow at least).

I hope you are right, I tend to get a bit pessimistic when it comes to classifications. Man, I have seen these on CGN before, now I want one all over again. Better get those rifles of mine sold! I too wouldn't mind some suggestions as to when and where to find one.

You could always import one through IRUNGUNS.

Yes I've used irunguns before to get a rare item. I wonder where to go to get current and reliable info on its classification? Guess I should start making some phone calls. Just discovered nutnfancy's review so I'm motivated.

Its pretty, but still pump, form $860 ish USD, then importing and tax. Not convinced. Plenty of non restricted semi's out now to choose from but if it tickles you right, go ahead and try. Just seems like a lot of work and time for a fancy pump

Not a lot of semi auto NR rifles in .223 or .308 for around $1000, weighing around 6lb, and none with a 16" barrel.

These are unique,

Iraqveteran's review on youtube says neither the upper nor lower are compatible with the AR15. I'm going to be very choked if this gets restricted.

Here's the link: h ttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYRRzus9wto

His statement is at around the 2:00 minute mark.

Yeah the .308 really got me excited, I think it would be a great woods gun. If it took the LAR pistol mags in .308 all the better.

Its too bad it is so pricey. 2Gs US. It would make a great precision rifle if it is as accurate as the 5.56 model. If our dollar goes up I would consider one for 2Gs for precision/hunting purposes. At that price though its just a hop a skip and a jump from the ATRS Modern Hunter.

Unique maybe, but not semi.-auto. unfortunately, so it's an apples to oranges comparison really.

Not a lot, but more then a few NR semi.-auto. .223, 7.62x39 & .308 rifles around for a grand or less if you consider them all. While a NR 16" .223/.308 weighing under 6lbs. sounds appealing the pump aspect doesn't do it for me unless it's a shotgun and even then semi.'s are a preference at times. Saying that it does look cool.

Cheers D

I agree, it's far from ideal. If we didn't have such foolish gun laws I'd never consider one...

I wonder if someone already has one pending classification... I can't imagine that none of the vendors have gotten the ball rolling yet.

It looks like the lab hasn't approved anything at all. I won't expect to see things moving until c42 is fully implemented and after the election.

If the dips or the libs got in, nothing will happen and all will die in the locker.

This conversation comes up in a lot of threads nowadays. The fact that they are pulling this BS is INFURIATING. We should be doing more to get this out in the open. They need to be reprimanded.
