Woohoo The W231, that I back-ordered from Cabelas last January 14th is finally in.

Yup pick it up. Just a 15 min drive from work, at lunch time. Reloading 9MM. Raw rookie just getting started. Did a bit of 30-06 and that worked out ok, so here goes. Good thing is I apparently already paid for it in Jan, so I guess I'll have to spend some money to make the trip worthwhile.

The only reason I have some is because of a buy and sell on Facebook of all places. 4lbs for $50, I wish I could stumble on deals like that more often!

Haven't picked it up yet. Waiting for July 23, as MWLF members get employee pricing from July 23-26, and I need other supplys. A little concerned though, got a phone call last Thur telling me it was, in but the order status hasn't been updated online yet.

They charged you and had no stock ?

I ordered powder for pickup at the Barrie store (showed online as in stock) and wasn't charged until it left the warehouse. Anything I've had backordered from them doesn't get charged to your card, only pre-authorized.

yeah, that's probably have case here. Meant to look back as my cc statement to see if I was charged but haven't gotten around to it, but the preauthorized thing make sense.

reason I thought it was paid for is, when they called to say it was in, I asked if I wait to pick it up on 23rd, would I get employees pricing. guy didn't know anything about it. but said since it's paid for already probably not. going to have a quick look back on my cc statement though.
