Poor customer service from wanstall

I must be ignorant to how the process works for preorder at Wanstalls.

Don't they have a link you follow through their webstore that you use to place your order? Why were you calling in?
 
I make a motion to have this thread deleted, as it is so utterly ridiculous, and unduly slandering one of the best gun retailers in Canada! :)
 
Well sorry for your bad experience. I had great customer service from wanstallsonline many times, I'm sure they are trying everything to get all customers fully satisfied but sometimes it is impossible.
And for those who are complaining about the post I don't understand you guys!!!! If you go to tripadvisor some customer give 5/5 stars some 4/5 and some 1/5, it does not mean the hotel is bad, everyone has his experience so no need to give that guy hard time.
And I'm sorry if I offended anyone

OP, you are not the only gun buyer in this world.

Everyone else, you sound like a bunch of dealer heroes. A persons post count does not determine their competence with firearms. Stop ragging on the newbies. You make us look like morons to the narcs that I'm sure are reading this drivel.

In the Canadian firearms world, patience is a virtue you'd do well to learn. A lot of shops that advertise on CGN ~look~ like they're huge box stores with plenty of staff but in reality may be a hole in the wall run by a couple of guys. You certainly do have the right to free speech; however, we're a small community. Remember that the more bridges you burn, the less places you'll have to cross the river.
