Mini 30 plz remove

Hey all, Looking for clairification. I would liek to know if the Ruger mini 30 tactical (16.1 barrel) is restricted or NR. Im asking as i know a ranch hand rossi is nr, and has a shorter that 18.5 barrel. So with the mini 30, 16.1" barrel, would that be ok for bush hunting vs only a range gun. Anyone with answer would greatly help my internal headake

Rossi ranch hand is not the best sample to compare with, because it is not a semi auto, overall length is the main criteria for classification not the barrel length for manual actions.
