.223 and .308 pills in bulk?

Where do you guys buy your.223/.308 (heavier weights) in bulk? Any good supplies in the Toronto area or online who offer free or inexpensive shipping? Looking for 1k quantities or more.
 
1,000 isn't exactly a large quantity for bullets. What do you consider to be 'heavy'?
Shipping costs are not set by the seller either. Buying components on-line gets expensive quickly. Shipping rate are determined by the carrier based on weight, size of the package and distance.
'Fudd' is a derogatory term. And Bud's is closed until Sept.

Id look at X-Reload. I buy 80 gr SMK's and 82 gr Bergers from them. Bergers are almost $7 cheaper (per 100) from them then CGN sponsers. Shipping on bullets isnt bad....powder is.
