Tangent Theta Wait Time?

I have a 5-25x56. Phenomenal optic. It will be worth the wait guys, hang in there.

The Killswitch TT review is up on the Hide if you guys are interested page 17 optics section. Not sure there are going to be any surprises here on how it did besides the cost LOL.

Tangent Theta wait is over

My Tangent Theta (315M) arrived at my door, mounted to a PGW Timberwolf on the 12th of August. Ordered on the 19th of November.

Here it is, mounted with ATRS rings.

As far as a review for the little bit of time I've had it... I've zeroed at a hundred meters so far, that's all (and shot a watermelon for yuks). The spec sheet from TT states total elevation travel of 18 mils. Playing with the turrets themselves on my particular scope has shown me 19.2 mils of play. The Timberwolf comes with a 25 moa (7 mil) rail... so 19.2/2 minus 7 had me worried about the zero being close to the bottom end of things. However, it has turned out to be exactly 5.0 mils from the bottom. The double turn turrets are designed to top out after 11 mils on the end of the second turn which leaves it 3.2 mils from the maximum mechanical stop.

The turrets are very smooth to turn. Nice, tight, crisp design. I do not have much experience with higher end equipment... but I do highly endorse clear glass. It is just so much more of a pleasure to shoot when you can see clearly through the glass. There is zero frustration of squinting through the optics. It comes with an "ARD - Anti Reflective Device", which is a form of honeycomb design that screws onto the objective lens. I leave it on, because it is tacti-cool... and the glass is still the clearest I've looked through. Again, not saying much... but I have glanced through S&B.

FF57 we need a full length pic of that scope & rifle & range report. Damn I want this but the P version & another in 5x25
