Have you always wanted an MP5K-ish gun?- Introducing the Lusa 9mm Restricted!

Hopefully you're getting the Choate folder already attached to an end piece so it's a simple swap out. My collapsible attaches to the end piece with 2 screws on the inside to a plate on the outside and this was installed by Lusa. Figure they also did the same for the folder and this is what I'm hoping you're getting.

I got mine in the mail on Thursday. Here are my initial impressions. Mine has some rust in the magwell like others have described. All of my mags are a bit tight going in & do not drop free. I didn't have time to detail strip it or clean the storage goo off. It definitely needs a stock & I'm not a huge fan of the sights. I got called back to work earlier than expected, so hopefully in a few weeks I'll be able to get it cleaned up & take it to the range.

If it makes anyone feel better about theirs, one of my Lusas' front sight is welded on crooked.

Welded on.

Still love the gun, gonna fix it. This thing can shoot.

Guys...just got mine....with the rivet on my mag sticking out as is, it's not even close to being able to load the mag.......

I filed one down for hours and it still won't fit. It's like the mag is made for a different firearm. I then checked the magazine with a straight edge and found it's slightly bent. No biggie, I'll use it for parts for the other mags.

Are you saying you can't even insert it? Mine was the same because of that rivet, just dremeled it flush, then was able to insert but still very hard to push in. Used my table grinder and took only 15min to make it smooth and easy.

Are you saying you can't even insert it?.

Nope. Rivit isn't the issue. It'll go about halfway into the magwell and that's it.

The mags are very sturdy so it'll be a parts mag unless I can straighten it somehow.
