Have you always wanted an MP5K-ish gun?- Introducing the Lusa 9mm Restricted!

The ones I tried do not drop free. Tight going in & need a good tap for insurance. But I have cleaned anything on the rifle. Just looked it over & the. Put it in the safe, I had a plane to catch. Will get it to the range sometime around the 21st. Keep up the posts! I will live vicariously through you guys until I get home again!

Hey Steve,

Will side folders be the only option, i.e. Lusa's telescopic stocks are not in the works?

And also, any update on the ETA?
 
Well,, I played with the Airsoft stock and gotta say Im happy with this. Its a functioning 3 position HK style stock and fits very snug. It didnt fit at the top rear of the receiver so I had to cut that section off. So only 1 pin holding it but its quite tight. Also had to drill out the pin hole a wee bit as it didnt line up perfect. But until we get another option, this may work.

Updated info: after checking it out further, there is a bit of play up and down due to it only having one pin. Still, better than nothing.

Just playing with it now to see how sturdy it is,,, not bad but it does move up and down a bit.

Even if it fitted perfectly, its weakness is that the the piece that fits over the rear of the receiver is just black plastic,, so I doubt the whole thing would last too long.

Will do, until we get other options.

So you think a real HK stock like that would work with modification and be strong enough? I have never seen one of these on an MP5 or any other HK gun, I assumed it was a LUSA specific stock.

Not sure if the real MP5 stocks and copies could be modded to work or not.

Just called HK parts to see what if anything would fit. The gal was no help, never heard of a Lusa, but said to call back n speak to Adam in an hour.

Update: Adam says that he doesnt know of anything that will fit the Lusa as its pretty much proprietory.

Ya. Airsoft stock. The bottom of the stock is held in by the trigger group push pin. The top is just on by the pressure of the stock fitted over the receiver. It will work. Bought the stock at a local airsoft store and filed it to fit. Took a lot of sanding, testing, more sanding and so on.
