Now wait a tick, you previously said in post #59 that your Bushmaster upper didn't fit your polymer80 lower and now you are saying it fit perfectly??? Care to explain?
Didn't fit then fits perfectly...this thread is really starting to stink.
This should be a bannable offence.
If a particular lower in spec or not cannot be judged with just a lower or even a few different sets of lowers.
There should be set of gauges with GO/ NGO gauges to confirm if every holes are in spec position wise
and size wise. The manufacturer should have this gauges.
But even with this kind of gauges can only catch 90% of good parts while some good part may be misjudges as NG
if they are close to the end of spec.
NEA can put it onto their CMM to confirm if it is Good or NG.

You need to read more carefully. The nea upper didn't fit on my bushmaster lower. The bushmaster upper fits on my lower, just like it always did. The keyhole upper I got from ee fits without any adjustments just stiff pin.Now wait a tick, you previously said in post #59 that your Bushmaster upper didn't fit your polymer80 lower and now you are saying it fit perfectly??? Bsands wasn't happy with what he bought so we took it back, it's as simple as that. I only posted the pictures to show everyone that the the upper fit fine on a Diemaco since many people were bashing NEA.
....real classy.
Yes. Unlike a lot of users, and a few of the businesses, Ryan is.
And if I was a business owner, I sure would want to know which users were pulling scams and bull#### after getting buyers remorse.
We've all been done a great service. I have another user on my list of people and businesses not to deal with and I'm very glad for it.
Did I once use your company's name? No so instead of keeping private matters private you could have easily sent a pm or email. Instead you choose to do this in a public fourm, real classy.
I think you read it differently than it was intended. I was trying to say you weren't happy with the product so we took it back. It wouldn't have mattered if it fit or didn't...we had a customer that wasn't happy with the product so it came back.
I posted the pictures of it fitting the Diemaco so that people could see it did and was in spec...if not it would have negatively impacted NEA's new forged uppers.
NEA now uses forged uppers and lowers and they should fit everything. They even have the uppers and lowers of various companies to test random NEA uppers and lowers on.
I will say the pins are often tight but that's the case on their own guns (ie NEA upper and lower). I don't think you'll find a forged NEA that has any slop or a big gap between the upper or lower.
Ryan
To be fair, forged or billet won't make any difference in terms of dimension which is the main concern here.
NEA should have a Guage set or even better a CMM to check their product dimension. But if they use some uppers from different manufacturer, no matter how many they use, for this purpose as their gauges, this would be their main root cause of why some of their lowers fit but some doesn't fit.
But I think NEA should know this.
