Devon is a very knowledgeable, professional and customer service focus person. I hope he will stay in Freedom Ventures and train more like him. Kudo Devon!!!!Keep it up and thank you for years of taking care of our orders and issues.

i reported this post. here on CGN you must only complain and ##### about a perceived lack of customer service/care online before contacting them by phone, in person or email. please edit your post .
 
Please tell Devon How we appreciate his customer service down here in GTA. I need to remove my earlier post because I think I violated something? Devon Kudo!!!!Thank you for letting him know.
 
Lol Jikatoki, it was a jab against many of the other new members who try solving their problems by starting complaint threads without ever having taken appropriate steps to rectify their problem beforehand. Sarcasm can be hard to see online, especially if you haven't been around for years watching the same bull$hit threads pop up. Your post was very kind and, in fairness, must be a breath of fresh air to some of our incredible sponsors on here. You did nothing wrong!:d

You didn't violate anything Jikotoki - Powerwagen was kidding about some others who are not as kind as you. I've restored your original post. Also, I showed Devon your post yesterday morning when he came in to work and he said it made his day!
