question - cooey model 60 sidemount type ?

I am trying to figure out what type, brand and size # do I need as a side mount for my cooey model 60. any accurate info will be greatly appreciated.

You going with one inch or three quarter inch scope tubes?

If you want an original side mount for the old 3/4" or 7/8" scopes, you need a Weaver N2 or N3 mount. There is a newer style side mount version but I don't have those model numbers handy. Someone will come along who has them.

Does your rifle have the 4 tapped holes on the left side?

If so, either an N3 for 3/4" or 7/8" scope (old skool) or a Weaver Number 2 base. Elwood Epps has the Number 2 base and side mount rings for it.
