Not a tac import rifle, but they're identical other than import markings;
I'm with Dave on this one.
I've only had 120 rounds through mine but I really like it so far (mine's a Calgary Shooting Centre one as well). It's had no issues at all with the Hirtenberger surplus I've been using. I posted my early thoughts in this thread.
Doesn't look like there's much on the EE at the moment. If you buy new you won't have to worry about those brass dings, you can put your Velcro in place to protect the side of the receiver 
We also have free choice of black or green furniture as well as fixed of folding stocks. No importer markings from TI guns and mags from us are by far the cheapest around as well.
