This afternoon here in Ottawa, I visited You Tube web site and did a search on the title above, before the comma. There are a number of choices that come up. Pick the correct one.

As I have two of these guns, I brought the oldest back with me from the cottage. While I did not successfully get rid of the safety, after much screwing & unscrewing with two Phillips drivers I am very close to success.

As I have a peaceful weekend by myself coming up, I hope that I will succeed in this. This will give me the experience to tackle the newer one still at the cottage.

Stay tuned you CGN Buggers out there!

Turn the safety off and then install a very small screw behind the lever so it can't be turned back on, never have to worry about it again.

anyone figure out how to increase the power so it will actually kill a fly, mine wont even at point blank range very disappointing

This is why I have 2! The first one I bought direct from the maker and it was useless. I figured that it was $$ lost, But, just before Xmas last year, the Daily Planet showed odd stuff for gifts for men with a video that showed the power mine lacked. As I still had my invoice,, I PMed the factory, had an immediate reply back that a new one was on the way. I had the new on in about a week.

There is no comparison in the power.

Now, some of the other posters above have a much easier way to disable the safety and I shall try to do the same without a lot of screwing!

Thanks,

Sly
