How many pistols of the same calibre do you own?

45acp x 22,45colt x 4, .22 x 4 and 45/70 x3 for hand guns...I usually bring a 45 acp and a .22 to the range. If i feel like getting dirty looks,i bring the 45/70 only.

Awesome. Surely you have a family photo. Does the AF count as 1 or 2?

Does your famous double count as one or two?

That mother ####er should count as three if you go by weight!

For handgun I've pretty much settled on 9mm, I've tried a few calibers and the 9mm was just the most comfortable and financially feasible for me. I have 3 of them.

The drawback, of course, is that no matter what I shoot I'm still shooting a 9mm and can't switch it up. A huge benefit is I only have to stockpile a ton of 9mm

2 x 9mm. 3 x .22

One was a gift (I sure as hell wasn't turning down a PX4 for free). One .22 is mine; the other two belong to the wife. Sig Mosquito, which is a finicky unit, and the other we tried the Alpha Project revolver.

10 months ago when I started, my plan was to own 3 each in 9/40/45, and then 1 .357mag and 1 .44 mag, that's it.
So far I have 5 9mm, 3 40s&w and 2 45acp, half of them were not on my original list. Not entirely sure what happened there, just keep pulling triggers when I saw something interesting. my trigger finger is too sensitive I guess. Lol...

well, lets see.... I have been collecting a little bit of everything, makes for a lot of different ammo to keep stocked up.
X4 .22
X2 7.62 x 25mm
X3 9x19mm
X1 .38 S&W
X2 .357 magnum
X2 .45 ACP
X2 .45 Long Colt
X1 .455 Webley
X1 .410 shotshell

it keeps me busy reloading and pricing bulk ammo sales!

I've got two 9mm, one 22lr, two 357mag/38 special.
I take them all to the range with me. Usually add a rifle too. My range is handguns only so it's usually a 22lr or my storm.

I love my 9mms. My sig 226 tacops is by far my favorite. I shoot the best with it and I love the sights and trigger.

I have no plans to aquire other calibers.

WHAT? No .22 or 9mm?
Unless you have a T/C Contender, the last 3 can't be handguns?

I've got like 12 9mm's or something, they all make it out to the range a few times a year, my match, practice and backup guns obviously are out a lot, like a few times a week.

1 9mm
2 .45 1911
1 .45 LC/ACP revolver
1 .22

If i could i would shoot my 1911's all day, i wish they were cheaper to shoot... :( it might be time for a 9mm 1911. :)
but man is it ever fun to go through 500 rounds of .22 ammo for 20$
