I attempted to use it today, got it new when I was on holidays.

Long story short, it leaks powder on both ends of the stroke, up or down,it seems to toss a charge in either direction and not the charge i want lol.

Also noticed a lot of side to side play in the drum,is this the norm,,

It came with only 1 drum, the big one according to all vids I watched

I was using imr4350 in and it worked absolutely horrible

Did you clean it before using it? Could be the powder sticking to the oil.

Mine has side to side play, they all will so on that front it's normal.

This may help:

They are not rocket science to put together, I had it apart half dozen times, watched all the vids I could find, still no go on it.
gonna contact rcbs and see. I will try and post a video of the issues
do you need the baffle in it as mine did not have one, just curious, is all I can think of

Your powder may be a little damp and is bridging up on you, absent mechanical issues and assuming it's properly assembled. Call RCBS. They have the best warranty in the business and a staff of knowledgeable customer service reps who can walk you through the required solution or fix for your current problem.

Good to hear since I was suprised to hear Junk and RCBS in the same sentence
I have a few of these for many many years and they always worked just fine for me
Cheers
