New CZ452 failing to go into battery

Ok so im new to CZ and took my Brand new 452 Varmint out and found it failing to go into battery about 2-3 shots out of 10 .Very annoying does anyone have any experiance with this issue.I googled it and could not come up with any real results.Probably going to be a warranty issue ,thks
 
Define "going into battery" - I would normally associate that with Semi Autos where the bolt won't fully close and lock.
 
I called Del up at Delsellins,Its the yodave trigger kit.I'll be removing it

I removed it and put the stock spring back in,ill try that out next time.Yes the trigger is stiffer now but seems to be going into battery every time now.
Its funny when i called Del first thing he says is someone F ed with trigger!I said that was me oops!!He said its unsafe when that light of spring was in there ,was a very light pull second lightest spring in the kit.
Feels like I wasted my money on the kit,oh well!

You didn't mention in the first post that you bubba'd the trigger. Coming clean after the fact is getting caught with your fingers in the cookie jar. Why mess with a new gun, shoot it for a while, then fill your boots with mods.
 
So if you adjust the stock trigger spring to the lightest weight, how heavy is it? Mine is 15 oz +/- but I don't know what spring is in it.

Dave of YoDave fame looked at my CZ452 trigger spring and says it is a stock CZ spring, however the guy who sold me the gun claims it is one of YoDave's (they both seem quite sure of themselves, but obviously someone is mistaken). I am not too concerned either way as the trigger is very crisp and I can live with 15oz, but I am curious if that is typical for a CZ spring or not.

Stock CZ trigger springs are not 15 ounces. They are likely closer to 3 or 4 pounds; some report stock springs to be adjustable down to 2.5 lbs.

Just changed the spring, I also noticed the yo dave spring does not go inside the hole like the stock one as its wider
