All around gun advice

Which Rizzini? One is even married to a Fausti. There are some high quality Rizzini and some not so high quality. BTW don't try to equate any Rizzini to the Beretta shotguns. Who can spend 120 million Euros to revamp production and thus quality control, Beretta!

Battista Rizzini. He has teamed up with Ivano Tanfoglio. If you think they cannot be compared to Beretta guns you better go looking at them. On a grade, finish, fit and price point comparison IMO you are getting more gun for your dollar with the B Rizzini. Check out the BR440 Ivano designed to compete with Perazzi. Quite the gun.

Obviously you haven't been looking at Cooper prices lately. The very bottom end Coopers are running $2500, and some are in the $10,000 range. The average is at least in the $3000-$3500 range, so if four of them equate to one Rizzini, the Rizzinis would have to be averaging $12000 to $14000 each.

It helps to understand one of the ways Beretta markets. They provide free stuff to so-called gun writers and other hangers on who in return talk up Beretta and trash other products.

Beretta makes very good firearms but in a direct comparison of guns at similar price points Beretta isn't heads and shoulder above the competition.
 
Any thoughts on Winchester SX3 Ultimate Sporting? For the same price as the citori crossover target but comes with adjustable comb. Also semi-auto for less recoil?

Look what arrived today :) No time to clean/assemble, will have to wait til the weekend. Just shouldered the stock and doesn't fit 100%...might have to buy a cheek riser pad. The recoil pad is ridiculous...it's literally as hard as a puck. Will try shooting it first, but will likely have to replace that. Otherwise, feels like quality piece...don't know why, but I still want to a buy a BT-99 as well lol

edit: I don't know why they stuck a sticker on the barrel...more work for me to clean it up...
