Does .224 reload for .243 win? I was thinking of buying these:

Please find someone that has some experience loading ammunition, before you hurt yourself. As for your questions NO! and NO!.

I am trying to give you a break by stopping you from hurting yourself. You are not even close to knowing enough to safely load ammunition. Either find a mentor to help you, or read a couple of loading manuals before attempting to load ammunition. Loading is safe if you know what you are doing, but for someone like you that has no understanding of loading ammunition, it could be extremely dangerous.
 
I am thinking that before you worry about buying anything in bulk you should concern yourself with investing in a couple of really good reloading manuals, start with the ABC's of reloading, then we'll move forward slowly from there

Yes I have a lee reloading book. I just wasn't thinking at the moment. I did recently purchase some 6mm hornady 75 grain projectiles which were fairly expensive so now I want some bulk for plinking around.
 
Do yourself a favor and do so reading or if you know somebody that already reloads get them to show you how to do it. 243 uses large rifle primers and .224 bullets are for a 22 cal rifle, 6mm or .243 bullets are what you need. And like Dave says worry about learning how to load properly and safely before buying anything in bulk.

Oh, so they do use large rifle primers.
 
Maybe read it a little more carefully, it will clearly tell you what you need to load the case your talking about, right from primers powder and bullets. Nobody is trying to bust your balls but with the question your asking it throws red flags and last thing any of us wants to to read about how some guy blew himself up because he didn't know what he was doing
