I'm extremely interested, but the (understandably not your fault) timelines just seem to take the wind out of the sails.

Your website shows Spring 2016 for Modern Hunter deliveries, so assuming 2017-ish for a Varmint is a heck of a long time, even for someone with a long attention span.

I'm still cheering for you, and I'll still buy one when they come out.

Currently orders for our MH rifles will have a spring 2016 delivery. Yup we are that far behind.
The MV is in Ottawa awaiting legal classification, the SFSS/RCMP have their own time schedule of which we have no control over so pretty much have to dance to their music. The MH took only a scant 3 years for them to deal with, we are hoping as that the MV is a direct descendant of the MH it will not take that long again. Unless ofcourse we see anything but a CPC government in October in which I seriously doubt we will get anything but put out of business.

That's the only calibre that it will be offerred in. The MV, that is.

I think they said it will be avaliable in .204 as well, did they not?

223 and 204 yes. The other less useful calibers, no.

I shoot a lot of .204 Ruger, 39 grain Blitzkings, love the calibre, but would prefer a MV in .20 Practical. Coyotes look out.

Any news on the modern varmint? The last thing i remember hearing is that it is with the RCMP in Ottawa awaiting legal classification. Is that still the case or has there been some movement?
