I do believe you will be able to get a nice tactical sling from your nearest Airsoft Store as they carry a variety to fit the needs of all the Airsoft rifles which are similar in build to the real firearms.

I actually got the ncstar sling that was mentioned before and put to its full length, is great. So far I really like it.
This the same sling I have for mine, works great...

I had this happen to me as well recently. No repeat though since I did the feed ramp mod mentioned on CGN.
If he was the guy I'm thinking of (and he may not be), his gas setting was on '2' or whatever the more powerful ejection setting was. I was personally getting a few fail to feed issues myself that involved AE 62 gr green tips getting shoved back into the casing as well as the occasional (but much less often than before) double fire with the new LHG.

just a thought: were you using steel case ammunition when the cartridge split in half? That might be part of the problem. Try some brass cases ammo instead. Gas setting might be an issue also. Only problems I've ever had with mine have been pushed in bullets, but that was only with hollow point .223's. I basically feed it a steady diet of PMC 62 gr 5.56 and it functions flawlessly.

I've shot tons of norinco, some Tula steel case, some pmc, all no issues... I've never used gas setting 2 since 1 already shoots brass hard enough to hurt if you're in the way.
Have you tried cleaning the chamber out so the front of the case isn't held in solid enough to hold itself in enough to rip in half?

Well it wouldn't make sense that it's able to rip it apart if the front wasn't held in pretty solid.
So I bought some new mags... Same as other mags I already had but this batch doesn't fit in my T97 worth a damn
