Not exempt with the "under $100" (it's $92)? Anyone buy this part from Brownells? This is what it says when I add it into the cart:

I got mine from Brownells this year, no problems at all.

The limit on the U.S. exporting gun parts to Canada is more , close to $300 IIRC , the only problem you might run in to is that the manufacturer needs to be licensed for export .

its not the $ value, trigger groups, bolts barrles all need imports certs
