LAR/XCR 10 round mags dimensions?

How tall are LAR/XCR 10 round mags? What about 5 round (non-pinned) Beowulf magazines? Looking at magazine pouches/chest rigs that'd fit.

Loaded with 10 rds the LAR in my hand measures 3.525" tall at the back tapering to 3.25" at the front, .875" wide and 2.60" front to back.

Adding Magpul Ranger Plates to your mags will give a little extra length to the mag, making it more pouch friendly.
I use Tactical Tailor 20rd pouches, with a shim in the bottom and the Ranger Plates on top. Works well for me.
