Got my new Cadex field series today. It's a awesome kit. I'll most likely be ordering a carbon fiber barrel. And I've ordered a SHV optic. I could use a better pistol grip also and a better bipod.LOL View attachment 34973 Oh , and a brake. Would anyone happen to know the torque specs for the chassis to the action? I couldn't find it anywhere... Thanks

Really? I thought the legs were supposed to extend outward when folded. Do anybody know the torque specs for the to screws that bolts into the action? Can't find that info anywhere ... Thanks

Ahh, the adjustments for the leg height face the shooter on most that I have seen, threw me off.

Can't help with your torque specs, but the bipod looks right to me. Harris style fold towards the muzzle and the height adjustment knobs face the muzzle as well. Looks good.

If you're replacing the grip I would suggest trying something more vertical, a standard AR grip angle isn't optimal for this type of rifle IMO.

Yes , this grip keeps my hand too far back. Any recommendations of a good vertical grip.

Mine came with a one page torque sheet. The receiver bolts can be torqued to 65 inch pounds (locite is optional)

Be careful a buying grips Beaver tail grips, you'll need to cut it off like the ergo grip.
