Looks like a 5/7 considering the dimensions are the same as their 20 round 5.56 magazine. I heard they are thinner plastic than a pmag, but they are built slightly larger so may not drop free from certain mag wells. They have an extra notch built in so work on the ar-18 platform.

Same experience, I have PVC ones hold 14, I have Alexander arms ones right now hold 13, and at my range they sell ones that hold 15

I believe the key is to pin them to 5.5 rounds of Beowulf, that will allow only 5 rounds of Beowulf so still legal, but a few more .223/5.56 will go in with the extra room
