Who in Canada sells new Rem 700 receiver/bolts?

Wanting a .308 action to do a build with this winter.
Stainless would be ideal.
I see them availlable in the US but preferably one of our dealers brings them in ?
Better yet, any of our resident rifle builders(business members) wanna build me a stainless, detacheable mag, short action rem700, 18" barrelled .338 Federal with scope rail and bush sights?

Some assistance would be awesome.

Any dealer that stocks Remington should be able to order one, Remington sells just the 700 actions for builds.

I thought Wolverine had them at one point, but their new website blows big time. I think you'll find its still cheaper to buy one used and part it out tho.

Hmm, ya may be right.
My budget before stock and glass is 2K.
I would prefer everything on the rifle to be brand new.

It will be quicker and easier to just buy a rifle for the components you want. The price difference between a complete action and a complete rifle is shockingly low.
