I'm from Saskatchewan and I'm looking around to see if there are any long range courses a guy can take. Looking for a weekend course for timeline. If anyone knows one please pass the info on. Thanks guys!!

Rob Furlong runs a course. I haven't taken it. It gets great reviews. Just add dot com to his name.
Also, Tactical Teacher runs a Precision Rifle course in Ontario. I have a friend who has taken a couple of Tactical Teacher (aka Hungry) courses and they are top notch.
I would have taken his traveling CQB course if I could have made the times work. Search on Tactical Teacher here and you will find him. Or, just look in the Precision Rifle section.

some friends of mine too his first course - they loved it and are booking the second one. Bring a rifle, scope and 200 rounds.... (and some $$$)

We're looking at Furlong's course next spring.

You're welcome to come shoot with us if you're near Regina (provided you're not a retard....). We're setting up a 1mile track this monday.....

Any one have ideas for a west coast course like furlongs? Id love to know I have the proper basis for LR success before i get too set in my bad habits.

If you can make it to ontario, Bob Raymond does an intro to long range precision course on behalf of the Ontario rifle association. The price is very reasonable, but it's run on weekends over the winter. So it might not be viable if you're far away.

I know some people interested in this as well and they have been unable to find anything on the west coast. Unfortunate really

You want to come out to a couple of BCRA practices on the Island, and then some matches. Our practices are a low stress way to feel things out and test gear and yourself. The matches are good at pushing you out of your comfort zone.
