its not the money its the availability that here in Canada I think will be the deciding factor on whether you can even try to change over! I googled siters in the US to see if there were any Dealers that show inventory could not find any yet!

For a bunch of good old boys from Nebraska they sure know how to stir it up like down town NY...Good on them.

For anything I do their Ballistic Tips have never let me down.

IMHO, unless you are shooting overbore calibers at very long range you won't see any advantage.

Hunting at hunting ranges the old cup and core bullets work just fine.

hornady website says 48.00/100 for 178 30 cal and 54.00/100 for 200/212/220 30 cal....us dollars

the 200's have a BC of.626

Oh and patent pending on the tip

So doppler radar determines that tipped bullets are melting from air friction. Develop a new tip. Some new, higher BC bullets in 6.5,7, 30 cal.
