Luger barrel swap options

Hey all Id appreciate some input to this question.

A bud is looking to buy a 1918 Luger but it has a prohib length barrel.

Is it possible and legal to get a longer non prohib barrel installed somehow/somewhere?

GTA area if its possible, where would one go to have this done?

Dlask arms does the conversion and is reasonably priced. I have one in for barreling now.

I've bought one of his lugers. Found him to be extremely personable, approachable, and highly professional.

I had the seller of a prohib Luger mail it to Epps. They rebarreled it and did the paperwork for the classification change and mailed it to me afterwards.
It took awhile from start to finish but I am totally happy with their work.

I just got two done, start to finish was a little over 5 months. Paperwork can take a long time .
