I have a similar setup as yours but in krg chassis.

Here's my load and results at a 100 yards 5 shot group.

Hum, on my 700 AACSD, a bad group would be 1 3/4". I never really had much good results from anything lighter than 168gr. Varget and H4895 worked best for me.

Something ain't right.

How experienced of a shooter are you? What kind of position are you shooting from? If you are experienced, I'd say something is wrong with your rig. Check your scope mounts and torque on your action screws. I'm not familiar with the cadex at all so I'm just guessing. If you're rig is tight, and shoots factory match ammo well, then have a look at your reloading technique, what kind of dies are you using?

Lots of variables! If you let us know how it groups with factory ammo and have us a little more insight, we might be able to help. 3" groups at 100yards is strange.

I'd be tempted to completely disassemble and start over. Clean, check contact points, torque. Same with the scope and mount. Check rings for alignment and see if they're holding properly. Check the crown too. If you're running a brake, take it off and see what happens. I'd also focus on heavier bullets with the 1:10 twist. 175 SMK or the Amax to start. Berger if you can spend a little more.

i was thinking there somthing wrong wit my setup , double checked all the screws , all looks tight, , trow a couple loads at me you guys r using and ill load some new ones up today, seems like the gun doesnt like berger vlds, i think switching too smk 168 would be a smart choice, r u guys all using ovl to fit the mag or just barley touching the lands, wats ur max load wit varget n 168 these rifles can safly handl ,

43.5 44 44.5 45 Varget and 168 SMK. Coal is 2800 but I would try 2810. I can get MOA with either of these loads and think maybe using 2810 or 2815 would be even better.

thats waird , u guys think it could be the brake ,? cost me 250$ at hi pro in brandon to get custom installed, i was told VEIS is one off the best in accrucy nd recoil reduction, and yes i will be shooting my next loads wit nd witout brake too see if theres a difference , i stripped the gun down last night and started from scratch like some off you recommanded , good idea, couse i found a small drip off glue near the front left roller block that seeped out right on the base where the base off the action sits, on the high spot before the lug, i think that could have also been my issue ???

No that's normal, its epoxy to hold the roller in place. If the roller is sitting square in the pocket your OK. But if it's not sitting straight or the action is making contact wwith the epoxy, then id remove the roller and re epoxy (using 2 part metal/metal epoxy), and secure using the action.
Im sure Patrice at cadex will solve your issues (if any with the chassis).
