Back to SuperCub, yes absolutely that is a magazine for a Savage Model 99C.

The "C" in "99C" apparently stands for "clip."

In the Eastern Ontario gun shows, the original BLR magazines have been selling for two hundred bucks each. The one that sold at auction for $125 is a smokin' hot bargoon.
