Hi im trying to fined out who sell Cylinder for a smith 686 in Canada and what the cost might be for a new one

Murray Charlton Enterprises should be able to sell you a new cylinder and fit it. Be prepared to wait if it isn't in stock. S&W doesn't always send parts to their warranty centres in a timely fashion.

Be aware that a new cylinder will need to be fitted - they aren't interchangeable and fitting is not really a do-it-yourself thing.
I'm inclined to agree with you but I have read on the smith and Wesson forums that some people have ordered a replacement cylinder from brownells and had luck with a drop in fit on the 686. One person even claimed they replaced a 6 shot cylinder with a 7 shot and it timed correctly. I don't believe everything I read on the interwebs though. Maybe someone can speak from personal experience when it comes to the 686.

It can happen, same with internals (hands, etc) but it's rare.

OP: See if you can get a Titanium cylinder for it, if you're going that route.
And Murray Charlton is who you should be talking to.

New to reloading perhaps? I knew a guy at the range who bashfully asked where he could find a new cylinder for his Ruger after a reloading blunder. Thankfully he wasn't hurt. I thought Rugers were indestructible up until that point haha

Ever hear the phrase"fix it till broke"?
Maybe the trunk money hid it when it was disassembled for cleaning.

I remember someone overcharging a 9mm load in a Glock, peeled the slide from the ejection port like a spam can. Made a big boom
