Looking to get some ideas on what calibre rifle I should get. I could easily use google but I'd rather hear it from some fellow Canadian Gunnutz. I have a 22-250 that is deadly out to 400-500 yards but I want to invest in a bigger calibre rifle now. Looking for a caliber flat shooting, that is good to 1000 yards, has the stopping power to go with it and is easy to find ammo. Biggest thing I'd hunt with it would be moose and deer and it would see some use at the range every so often. I have shot a 270wsm, very flat shooting and I've heard 7mm also fits this?
Thanks in advance.
