What Next?

I've shifted over to Marlin levers in 30-30, 308 Marlin Express, 32 Win Spc, 35 Rem and 444 Marlin. I didn't see any of those calibres on your "have had" list. The Marlin calibre's are fun hunting rounds, mostly for use inside 150 yards, which challenges me to get closer to game. I did keep a 308 Win in a BLR and have a 7mm-08 BLR incoming.

Lever actions don't work for my large frame and gorilla arms but I have always lusted after one with an octagon barrel but when I find them they seem to be always more then I want to spend. Now you guys have me thinking that I need a 9.3x62 as that would give me a good thump factor for the bigger stuff and relatively low on the recoil. I also only have one regret when it comes to selling rifles and that was my husqvarna in a moment of weakness to a friend and I see I can get it chambered in that caliber. A 286gr TSX at 2300 fps should do a number on moose and bear within 250 yards I would think.
 
.358, .375H&H, 9.3x62, .45-70...any one of these would be great fun to own, shoot and use for hunting. They would also satisfy your requirement of "something different".

On the other hand, a 7mm or another .30-cal would just be another gun just like most of those on your list; it wouldn't do anything better, or be significantly different, than the entire second half of your list. They're all interchangeable, pretty much indistinguishable, and completely redundant.

If you really want to expand your horizons, how about a .50- or.54-cal black powder traditional muzzleloader?
