Yes confirmed on the one mag, but good news is our second shipment should arrive with lots of extras! Current shipment has just left, should be here early next week!
Everything is going according to plan on the first run!! Shipment has left and is en route to us...should land by end of this week! Extra mags will be on our second shipment due just before Christmas and will run $99. We should get a whole bunch on that shipment!

Just a little clarification on the twist rate of these rifles...they will be coming in 1:12 twist confirmed...
Thanks,
Gary
Great rifle and price.... Why a 1:12 vs 1:10 ?
I'm not sure myself, but hearing from a fellow CGN'er (cough caramel cough) who owns two of these rifles, the 1 in 12 ROT really likes the lighter 155 grain bullets for solid accuracy.
FN must have had their reasons, I suppose one hypothesis could be that the 1 in 12 ROT was proven to work well with the largest amount (or spread) of factory available ammo. at the time of production.
However it's only a guess, anyone know the exact reason?
Cheers D
They are no slouch either with 167 Lapua Scenar and Fed GMM 168 gr but for myself the ultimate in my rifles is 155 gr Hornady Match and 155 gr SMK... JP.
I'm sure they are exceptions but the 1:12 twist will stabilize any bullets weight from 130 gr MK 319 Mod 0 and 147 gr M80 ball up to 178gr SMK's. The main advantage of a slower twist is that it will stabilize shorter bullets better (130's-175's). The FNAR was designed as a precision semi-auto 7.62mm rifle and it's a 1 MOA or less rifle. FN's tests are/were conducted using Federal GMM 168gr SMK's. Back in the days, Federal recommended the 1:12 twist for the GMM 168gr ammo.
FNAR's are highly accurate rifles because they use quality barrels. That's prime. Twist rate is second.
This might finally be the gun to get me into reloading.
Does anyone know if they sold out?
Looks like they are all spoken for.
Wow I can't believe guys didn't jump on this
If you guys can bring an FNAR-L in for this price I would be in.
I can't find them on their site anymore? I'm not really surprised they went so fast (they aren't an excellent rifle) just thought they would have had enough of them to keep supply up for more then 10 days or so.
It was a really good deal though and on a very accurate and reliable NR rifle which I suppose was the key to the quick sales.
Damn, so many sweet rifles so little funds...
