Was the SKS ever equipped with military scope mounts?

Some marksmen rifles were put together during the Yugoslav wars. That's the only example I know of other than prototypes.
7.62x39 doesn't have the ballistic properties to be useful as at long range. The SKS also isn't precise enough at those ranges.

How do you define "accurate" and "way past"?
I'd say good for hitting person shaped targets centre of mass out to 300
After WW2 there was no shortage of bolt action sniper rifles, and the Dragunov came out in 1963. So there wouldn't be a role for scope mounts on an SKS. Night vision would have gone on AK's. Presumably there were field expedient custom jobs, but no evidence of a factory run.
I've used the iron sights on my first chicom SKS to make repeated hits on the 500m rams before, that is way past 150m and accurate enough to warrent keeping your head down. F class? No, but they can be better than often given credit for.

That's a fairly generous definition
You'd be hard-pressed to find a military rifle from the past century that couldn't do that, except perhaps the H&K G36 
People slap scopes without being questioned on Tavors, t97's, Mini 14's, stock m305's and XCR rifles..... all of which shoot around 2+" @100yrds, Yet somebody puts a scope on an SKS which shoots about the same..... "OH NO THAT IS STUPID, TOTALLY UNNECESSARY".
"Just use the iron sights, i can effectively use the iron sights out to 400m" The AR 15 is only effective out to 400m (practically speaking) , and the iron sights on them are great, yet why are people spending 1000s of dollars to slap scopes and EOTecs on them !??
Just because the SKS is a $200 gun, doesnt mean it has no potential. Take a Mazda Miata, and put a LS engine kit in it, and all of the sudden you have a serious car.

considering some ppl on this thread seem to think it can only hit something at 150. consistent centre of mass is all that matters
