Yet another post praising Reliable Gun superb service.

I've spent $1440 and I'd like my handgun now. I've politely asked for an update on my order. I've sent them a copy of the only paperwork I have, that would be the registration certificate and I've gotten no response. That was November 20th. I've had zero communication. They haven't answered my emails and all their phone lines are "busy". Probably just as well. I'm pretty pissed right now. The package I just received from CHINA was ordered 2 weeks after my gun order. I'll be contacting my credit card company to see about purchase insurance. I guess they just don't like Ontario gun buyers.

Hmmm... I am from Ontario and i bought a pistol. ;)

Not to sound like a fanboy but my email and phone calls we're answered in 24h period.

Have you tried calling CFC to confirm the transfer was complete? This might be the reason haven't received your handgun yet. PM Nick here http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/member.php/15006-reliablegun and I'm sure you'll get a response and explanation.
 
I emailed a question about my handgun order and they replied later the same day... First time I've dealt with them, but so far, no complaints at all.
 
I had a small issue when my order was received . However after 5 minutes on the phone with the fine folks at reliable , they made it RIGHT. No doubt, one of the premiere dealers in Canada . Thanks again ....
 
I had nothing but good experiences with reliable. I'm sure if there was ever a minor glitch there had to be a good reason for it.
 
One of the best dealers for sure. Always prompt in answering my emails and phone calls. First place I call when looking for something. They are usually well stocked or can probably bring it in if they don't have it.

Dealt with them once but wish I had bought more from Nick.. Great guys there ,no bs. One dealer I highly recommend.
 
If you're from Ontario are you taking in time difference in to account maybe they were closed, I have called looking for items and had every call and question answered.
