Browning BLR 81 in .284 Win....What Would You do?

Yes,...both my Pistol Grip BLR and my Model 81 fit me very nicely. Even my Browning BL22 is a great fitting little bugger for its size,...and I am a fairly big guy at 6'1", 245lb with a 79" wingspan. lol
Not all BLRs will fit the same for a couple reasons,... 1 is because of action length, eg..(308 vs 30-06), (longer action = longer OAL)
and 2 is length of pull.....the short action model has a length of pull @ 13 3/4",..and the long action model has a 14 1/4" length of pull,..the long action has a longer length of pull to prevent the shooter from getting hit between the eyes with the bolt when cycling the action with the rifle shouldered. (longer action = longer bolt).

so OP, any definite decision been made yet as of yet? I have set aside some cash to take than ugly sister off your hands! Just say the word! We got a snow storm happening, but I'll make my way to the post office in the blizzard! I need some more Christmas cheer, anyway!
