Looking for a RCBS Canadian dealer/importer who can order a replacement drum for a Sidewinder tumbler for me.
RCBS suggested ordering from Midway. USA. Suggestions?
 
They never offered to replace it for free? What happened to it?

What caver said...I bought a used uniflow that had powder etched into the hopper from storing powder in it for way to long. Long story short, they replaced the hopper no cost to me (can't recall if I had to pay the shipping but I was a happy camper either way).
 
RCBS USA suggest buying from Midway.
RCBS Canadian distributor suggested contacting LeBaron in Montreal, which I just did.

So did you email them? Like i said I've bfoken parts of my die getting a case stuck and they sent me parts. Wore out parts on my hand primer they sent me new parts. The power cord on my chargemaster broke guess what they sent a new one.
 
Had a call From Eastern Outdoors Sales this morning. Kindly gave me a number to call in the States for warranty replacement.
Called and they are sending a replacement, no charge. Wow. Made my Christmas.
