CSA VZ58 Trigger upgrade

Seems to me he is semi inducing the gremlin.

He is needing the striker among other gremlin involved parts, and as he said, he needs some trigger slop otherwise there will be no reset.

Interesting to say the least, the fact that he is likely using a converted auto receiver may pose issues with a vz 58 with new semi auto only receiver.

Notice also the bolt is a tabbed one.

Cz or vz it doesn't matter does it? Only difference is the vz has the Fa disabling block machined into the reciever and the cz converted auto recivers have the same block just welded in. Both are basically the Same and do the same thing, stop you from putting Fa firing parts into the receiver.

You are likely right. It probably matters little. I find it interesting that the parts become non interchangeable for the platform after the modification.

I'm trying to reverse engineer exactly what he did in my head but I cant get the puzzle to fit together.

I'm sure there's some welding of extra material into the trigger and some other bits, there would have to be to move the trigger pull further to the rear from the get go. Then maybe some work with the main spring or springs on the trigger? Would definitely be a lot of screwing around.

That's my thoughts.

Much screwing around.
