Called at 0930, might have tried ten times before I got through but within an hour I'd been called back and purchased PMAGs and a stock (I believe I got the stock as well?). Was still half cut when I made the call haha

I promise I only got 6! Dislike it when people buy out every bit of stock in store (unless it's in low numbers already), figured 6 would have left some for a fellow shooter who like me just got their first AR.
 
Another great boxing day sale, I made out like a Bandit this year, Thanks Milarm! A whole bunch of Magpul AR parts, PMAGS, a couple thousand rounds of ammo, some 5.11 clothes, a new barrel and some night sights for my M&P9! I'll be back again next year for sure. Was worth the night in a hotel to be there in the morning.
 
I called at 9:30 and a polite lady took my name, number and the list of items I wanted. She said they would call me back when they had time. I assumed they were making a phone list and returning calls in order received. I waited 3 hours before phoning again. I then found out they weren't returning calls in order received. Noooooo! All good, I ended getting all but 2 items I wanted, and I am very happy with both that and the customer service I got, but I think a phone order call back list would work well in the future for these type of sales. My two cents.

I knew they said they would take names and return calls. Didn't really expect this to work. Why not just deal with the caller now? Is what I was thinking. Anyway, they stated that upfront in the original post so I knew the ground rules.

Well, I was driving 4 hours to my sisters for B-Day dinner so I had my list in the truck and got my Daughter to call on her cell - she called about 12:00 or so Ontario time, and got through right away. The lady took her name and number and said they would call back. I was skeptical that this would end in success but wasn't too worried about it.

Anyway, surprise surprise, about 30 min later her cell goes off and its Milarm calling back !!

Whoooooo Hoooooo!!!!

So I got what I wanted after all!!! I guess they have done this enough they know what works.
