Barrel minimum length for restricted?

Hey guys,
Just wondering the legal minimum you can cut a pstol barrel and still be legal? I know the smith and Wesson are 4.25, is this the min, or is it smaller, just as long as it is over 4?

And for those that need the subtitles, that means 105.00000 is prohib. The barrel must measure something over.

Doesn't the law state less than 105mm is prohibited? So that would mean anything more than 105mm, such as 105.1mm would be restricted. It's not a theoretical question either--there have been a number of previously-prohibited revolvers with "four inch barrels" that were able to be re-registered as restricted as they were a smidge more than 105mm.

Section 84(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada defines a Prohibited Firearm (in part) as:

“prohibited firearm” means

(a) a handgun that

(i) has a barrel equal to or less than 105 mm in length,

This is on page 115 of the Criminal Code.
