I'm new guy want to start trap shooting, and fall in love with over/under shotgun.
Is any good o/u shotgun for beginners?
I love Browning cynergy so much, is there any good dealer in Canada?
Is there any different between field and sporting model?

Just about any shotgun is good for beginners. My advice to people wanting to get into clay target shooting is to use what you have, learn how the games work and then decide the gun you want to have. It is most likely that the gun you shoot your first target with will not be your last. Target shooters are notorious gun changers.

There are no hard and fast rules but sporting models tend to be longer barreled and heavier than field guns. Depending on the brand field guns may also have automatic safeties and sling swivels. What is most important that the gun fit you which means shouldering a few and seeing what works best. While the Cynergy is a good gun it may not be the one that works best for you.

Clay target shooters are usually quite accommodating to new people who want to learn about different guns and are often willing to let you put a few rounds through theirs.

What are you talking about ive only had 4 different o/u's in the last 2 years.

If you want a Browning O/U to shoot trap, these 2 would be better options;

Cynergy

or the old standard in Browning Trap guns

The Citori listed above is good proving the stock dimensions work with you as they are not adjustable. Fit is extraordinarily important in Trap due to target distance and short target window. Don't rule out other actions, a lot of dedicated trap shooters use slide actions, myself included. If you do not intend to shoot trap doubles the Browning BT-99 is another option that should be looked at.

If the significant majority of the targets that you are going to shoot are trap targets ... buy a trap gun. IMHO, your best value is a good used Citori trap gun. Make sure that the mechanicals are in good condition and that the gun shoots straight. If you get into shooting clay targets, your first clays gun won't be your last.

Try the various clay sports before settling on trap, and do that before you purchase a gun for shooting clays, as some guns work better than others for the various disciplines. Most people that I know tried trap before the other clays games, but many have switched over to skeet or sporting clays.

This. I don't mind shooting trap, but once I tried shooting sporting clays there is no way in H#LL I would buy a trap gun. But that's me. If your sure you want to trap buy a trap gun by all means. My buddy has a Winchester 101 he has for sale now because he too has switched from trap to sporting clays.

Agree with the above with going with a Citori. I recently purchased a used Citori XT trap and my only regret was not purchasing it sooner

Ditto. I started with Browning Maxus Sporting Clays semi-auto, but after a couple months found a good used XT here on the EE. Keep you eyes open for used if the new prices scare you.

Used is really the only way to buy shotguns unless your in the tax bracket to order a custom fitted Parazzi or Krieghoff. There are so many nice used shotguns out there it just doesnt make sence to buy new.

Just shoot what 'ya got, if you're new. That's what I did. A 590 shorty is not exactly the ideal trap gun, but a very nice gentleman at our club told me that. I tried it and was hooked. Even shot 12/25 on my very first round. Then, these fine people let me try everything from citori o/u to a Winchester pump to a semi. I had so much fun and learned a ton from these people.

Then, I went out and bought my trap gun a week later. Heck, even if you don't have a shotgun, people are very accomadating in this discipline. All you have to do is ask.

Yes, I did it last week and today, and was touched by those gentle members.
They are so kind to share their gun and the experience which is the most precious.
I found my confidence on this sporting now. :)

I stared off with trap and one gun now I shoot all shot gun sports and have over 40 shot guns have fun and hope you have money lol
