HELP.... Burris Signature Zee rings with offset inserts #420588 ??

Today I spent several hours mounting a base, rings, aligned rings and lapped them, installed scope, .... plumbed the reticle and torqued everything down with a torque wrench.... looks great feels great... very happy with eye relief and cheek weld.... threw on the boresighter and can't adjust reticle far enough down vertically.... turret adjustment comes to a stop before reticle is down to center.... ????

Presently:
Remington a 7600.... Weaver one piece base..... EGW 30 mm Practical Picatinny Rings........ Docter 1.5-6x42 scope.....

Thinking the German scope just doesn't offer enough adjustment? and/or poor machining on the receiver??


I know shimming the base might be an option, however, I'd prefer no shimming if possible...

Where can I get: (Burris Signature Zee rings with offset inserts/ 30mm Medium Matte Weaver Style #420588)? (Manitoba would be great :) ) We in Canada are at such a disadvantage as things just seem harder to find/obtain...

I'm a bit of a novice at all this....
Any help is appreciated... Thanks...

should have checked the most obvious first :) ... Cabelas might have above requested rings... Thanks

I just picked up a set in the mail today. Ordered the off of eBay right after Christmas.

Was doing some shooting on Christmas day and found that I didn't have enough adjustment in my target scope to go beyond 100 yards with my .22 LR.


$36.95 CDN shipped to my door (well, mail box in town). Set includes 0.005, 0.010 and 0.020 ring inserts.

You might find cheaper locally but I am 2 hrs to a city of any size and no garuntee they will have it in stock.



Of course this is just the inserts, I had the Burris rings already but when you live in the country like me, eBay and Amazon shopping is very handy

That price you must be talking the 1" rings. And the 30mm only come with 0, 10 inserts.

Op, I bought my last set at wholesale sports...if you have one close they'll likely be in stock.
 
Thanks.. got the rings, installed them according to instructions and the .020" that the inserts for 30mm rings offer helped me with my problem.... Been to the range and now happy..
