New Vortex offering RAZOR HD LH

Just noticed a new offering from Vortex on their main site - looks like a hunting scope! Might be a nice mid-range hunting option for those who don't want to go all the way to the new Nightforce SHV F1, or a VX-6 etc.

My guess the Vortex will come in around 1200-1300 CDN? The nightforce will likely come in around 1600+?

Surprising they went with a 1 inch tube though.

The LH stands for "Light Hunter" IIRC. Kind of makes sense. They weight 16.5 oz. while the Gen II weights weight 46.5 and 48.5 oz.

These actually come at a lighter weight than all of the Viper models I think the lightest Viper is around 18 oz.

That would be interesting. Lefties would probably love such a thing. It you,re MOA or anything but bdc, you could probably just tip a standard scope 90-degrees left, and elevation becomes wind age, and wind age elevation

I own one of the regular Razor gen 1. But that's way too much scope for a hunting rifle. Got a 7mm I wanna find a good hunting scope for.

The 1.5-8x32 looks interesting to me, I'm looking at scope options for a new rifle purchase. I had been thinking Zeiss or Leopold but these Vortex might change my mind.

TVPP if you get a chance to look through the 1.5-8x32 let us know how it is please.

Resurrecting an old thread to see if there is any more feedback out there. Interested in the 1.5-8x32 but have not had the opportunity yet to peek through it. Been out for a little over a year now, any thoughts on it??
