i hate custom fit sized hats they never fit right unless you try them on in person, and adjustable bands at the back look silly

Here we go again.. you know you can remove embroidery, right? I was going to write something about it being "smart with kids" but if you think that two words (two of the most common words uttered by Canadians) will cause your child harm you might think that mine are harming you as well.

One thing I have learned in my career is very simple. NEVER assume anything.

As a customer (both of a hat, AND you as the supplier), I would call to confirm. I'm in no rush for the hat, but it's best to have an answer to customers who might feel different.
