Tactical Bolt Nob on a RAR

I saw a Tactical Bolt Nob on a RAR in a pic a while back and thought to myself..... i like that!
so i did some searching around and found the company that made the bolt nob and i was more then just a little surprised to see that they actually ship stuff to Canada!

so, order in, couple weeks later package arrives, spent tonight installing.

im really liking it!
my dad dosnt care for it, he said it looks to big and clunky.
to each his own, i like it!

I don't like the look, but I realize they likely function a lot better. Especially on the bench.

Thanks for sharing. I love my RAR in .270.

I do like the look, but since mine is used solely for hunting, that bolt would get in the way.

Minute of Gopher for sure.
havnt had it at the range on the bench yet to measure targets but i have that planned for the spring when i can sit down and waste a day punching paper.
ive been doing some upgrades (glass) and was waiting till that was all done and i had the gun all buttoned up to sit down at the range with it and really see how small i can make the groups.
still at tossing around adding a rail to the top of it instead of the weaver mount though..... i have all winter to ponder it i guess.

Ah ok. We were getting about 1" at 50 with blaser. About the same with cci subsonic hp little more with cci mini mag and minute of pop can with win 333. Was kind of expecting more out of it really.

Try the federal gold match .22 stuff. Best I tried so far, but still less that I expected too.

Was $370+ 10% tax here. Thinking should have just got her a cz for a little more and been done with it.
