I will upload the full results there once the site is back online. (hopefully this link worked) I want to thank everyone for coming out. Thanks to the last squad with the help on clean up, you guys saved us a lot of trouble. Thanks to Johnsks, Dalexander, and Dexter Morgan for their help with running this pony show. There were a few good laughs had, particularly 7.62's style of shooting dueling trees in the dark. Congrats to Rob taking 3rd place and the only guy to shoot a clean match. We are planning our next match for may it will be shotgun/rifle outdoors. Thanks everyone.

Good job guys. Now i think i have to put a .22 rifle together.

Do you have a date set for May? Some of us need to plan ahead.

Sounds like an awesome time! Which guns were running the best? I've been looking for a tactical style 22 but not sure which one.

I ran a bone stock, wood stocked Ruger 10/22 with a couple of Butler Creek 25 round mags and apparently that was good enough for 3rd place. Good ammo that works reliably in your gun is crucial as 22's can be really finicky.

I ran a GSG STG44 (old school tactical LOL) with 3 mags, using Mini Mags, I had only one fail to feed during the whole match. But...I am old...and slow...

Thanks Matt and Dave!
Had a great time.
Perhaps I'll see if I can do something about that 11 pound trigger pull......
Oh yes - and no more plastic lipped "big mags". Metal ones for reliability!
Hope you got some sleep after the match.

I was running a shiny brand new NEA upper on my old faithful Norc lower...but it practically ran like a bolt action for most of the match. Almost every second round was a light strike...thought it needed more break in but I ran it on my Omni lower today and it ran flawlessly...When I compared the two lowers afterwards, the fit on the Omni is much tighter so the hammer strikes are probably more consistent. I guess it will live on the Omni.
