Hi guys,
I've searched but cannot find.....looking for 9mm conversion barrel for gen3 g22....would like info and ease of fitting.....I'm new to glocks..lots to learn...many thanks.

Nothing to know buy the barrel and drop it in and use it,no fitting. Lots of the sponsors carry them,Wanstalls and Questar come to mind.

storm lake and lonewolf are the most common, then KKM and IGB are more expensive. I personally have lonewolf in my glock 22 and storm lake in my M&P40. both work great.
for lonewolf in glock, to use the light load ammo, you will need G17 RSA as well to ensure reliability(the original RSA works for normal and hotter load). it's said on lonewolf website and consistent with my personal experience as well.

this is what you need. grab it where you can, they usually go very fast. http://ctcsupplies.ca/products/storm-lake-glock-22-9mm-conversion-stainless-steel-barrel

They are site sponsor as well.

Just don't use a stock 9mm barrel. I inquired about this at CSC when I still had a G22 and was told to "just put a glock 17 barrel in it". Long story short, DON'T.

Thanks fox alpha....I just read that, but it's nice to get conformation....and rugerboy...all the sites I've visited recommend the g17 mags too.....thanks again

When I had the Glock 22 I used a Lone Wolf 9mm conservation barrel and liked how it perform. I like the look of the new logo too, they're also the cheapest and are well made.
