RPAL....waiting sucks

RPAL was mailed in 2 weeks ago today. I hate waiting! I have settled on a CZ SP-01 for my first pistol and have already picked up a Kadet .22 conversion kit for one. Now I just have to wait for my card to pick up the actual pistol.

Anyone in Ontario applied and received your RPAL lately? How long did it take?

Check for confirmation that they received your RPAL.

Get your refs to phone in instead of waiting for the CFO to play phone tag.

The conversion kit is good, but a dedicated Kadet pistol is better.

Mine was received on December 12, issued January 14. According to them it would have been sooner but I missed a question on my application...doh. I had my references call in as soon as my application showed up online.

it just means they havent entered your rpal application yet, mine did the same thing when i upgraded
 
I'm in the same boat as you, about to send in my RPAL and I have a CZ75 Shadow sitting at my buddies house that he bought for me because there was a screaming deal on Black Friday.... now I have to wait like 2 Months before I can take my baby home with me! argh!

haha, i did the same thing while waiting for mine, had a buddy pick a few up on my dime and hold them for me till i got my card, he would tease me with pictures here and there, , bastard..lol, was a good day when i could bring my cabinet home with me.lol
 
14 months? There must be some complication in the application...

Either not filled out properly, or lost/misplaced.... Otherwise how do they justify 14 months?!?!

I can live with getting it in 6 weeks, that would be pretty much bang on the 45 days once they start processing.
